This policy regulates the terms of use of the ANOX website (hereinafter: "the Website"), the privacy policy, and the payment and clearing terms on the Website.
Any use of the Website, including browsing, registration, purchase, or submission of details – constitutes full agreement to this policy in all its clauses.
1. General
1.1 The Website is operated by ANOX and is intended for displaying products, selling them, and providing information to customers in Israel only.
1.2 The policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but is intended for all genders.
1.3 The Website management may update this policy at any time, and the updated version will be binding from the moment it is published on the Website.
2. Website Terms of Use
2.1 Use of the Website is permitted to any person over the age of 18 or subject to the approval of a legal guardian.
2.2 The Website may not be used for any illegal, misleading, offensive purpose, or any purpose that may cause harm to the Website, other users, or third parties.
2.3 No content from the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written approval from the Website management.
3. Information, Content, and Products
3.1 The information on the Website is intended to provide general information about the products and services.
3.2 Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and slight differences may exist between what is shown on the Website and the actual product.
3.3 The Website management makes an effort to display accurate and up-to-date information, but is not responsible for typing errors or changes made without immediate update on the Website.
4. Purchases on the Website
4.1 Purchases on the Website are made only through a secure clearing system.
4.2 Completion of a purchase is subject to approval by the credit card company and/or clearing provider.
4.3 The Website management may cancel a transaction in any case of a price error, lack of stock, suspicion of unusual activity, or misuse of the Website.
5. Payments and Clearing
5.1 Clearing on the Website is performed through an external clearing provider, which adheres to strict information security standards.
5.2 Credit card details are not stored on the Website's servers and are not accessible to the Website management.
5.3 The Website management is not responsible for delays, rejections, or malfunctions originating from the credit card company, bank, or clearing provider.
5.4 In case of a disputed charge (Chargeback), the Website may suspend order processing until a full clarification is made with the relevant parties.
6. Product Delivery and Shipping
6.1 Delivery times range between 7 and 14 business days.
6.2 The Website management is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, congestion, shipping delays, or factors beyond its control.
6.3 The customer is solely responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details.
7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Transaction cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Any cancellation can be made up to 14 business days from the moment of receiving the product. A refund can be requested in any case of a malfunction or loss of shipment, within up to 14 business days. Expenses such as shipping costs to return the product will be borne solely by the customer if done voluntarily. Only if the product is intact and without any damage or harm.
Order cancellation after purchase will be made up to 3 business days only, after which you will not be able to receive a refund for the order
7.2 Product return will only be possible when it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
7.3 A refund, if granted, will be made to the payment method used for the transaction and in accordance with the Website's policy.
8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Products on the Website are sold as-is and according to the specifications displayed on the Website.
8.2 The Website management will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits.
8.3 The responsibility for product use lies solely with the customer.

14. 90-Day Trial Period and Refund
14.1 Trial Period
The company offers its customers a trial period of up to ninety (90) days from the date of product receipt (hereinafter: "the Trial Period"). During this period, the customer may request a refund subject to the conditions specified in this section.
14.2 Product Nature
The customer confirms that the product is a bracelet for monitoring and tracking body activity and daily habits, which collects data and displays it through a dedicated application. The purpose of the product is to provide the user with information and insights regarding their activity level and habits, in order to enable them to understand where daily conduct and physical activity can be improved.
14.3 User Responsibility for Product Use
The customer confirms that the results derived from the use of the product depend, among other things, on how it is used and on the user's personal conduct.
The company does not guarantee the achievement of a specific physical result, and the data provided by the product serves as a tool for monitoring, understanding, and personal improvement only.
14.4 Condition for Eligibility for Refund Request
A request for a refund within the trial period will only be considered if the customer has met all of the following conditions:
The product was actually used for a significant period during the trial period.
The bracelet was connected to the application and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Usage data was collected from the product indicating reasonable and continuous use of the bracelet.
The request was submitted during the trial period only.
14.5 Lack of Product Use
A customer who has not used the product, or has used it only partially in a way that does not allow data extraction from the system, will not be eligible for a refund within the trial period, as the purpose of the product is to provide information and data that allows the user to improve their personal activity.
14.6 Product Return
As a condition for processing the refund request, the customer must return the product to the company in accordance with customer service instructions, in its complete and working condition, except for reasonable wear and tear from normal use.
14.7 Product and Data Inspection
The company may inspect the product and the usage data collected from the system to ensure compliance with the terms of this section before approving the refund.
14.8 Scope of Refund
A refund, if approved, will be given for the product price only and does not include shipping costs, handling fees, or other expenses, unless required by law.
14.9 Prevention of Misuse
The company reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of unreasonable product use, attempts to misuse the trial period policy, providing incomplete or incorrect information, or failure to comply with the conditions specified in this section.
14.10 Eligibility Limitation
Eligibility for the trial period and refund is limited to one order per customer and/or household.
